Scioto Micro was formed in early 2004 by Michael Connell, an import to Chillicothe from the United Kingdom. Michael has over 13 years' experience of working with and supporting networks and computer systems.

As a newcomer in a competitive marketplace, we know that we really do have to go that extra mile in terms of the service that we offer and the way we treat our customers if we want to grow.

Customer Case Study

Tom and Kay Binns own and operate The Guest House, a popular Bed & Breakfast in downtown Chillicothe, and offer guests a combination of great service and comfortable accommodation. Due to increasing demand from their biggest corporate customers, they were looking to provide internet access to their guests.

With Scioto Micro's help setting up the network, with no mess or disruption, The Guest House was able to enhance its quality of service by providing both wired and wireless internet access in all of its guest rooms. Guests can now surf the web and check their e-mail, all from the comfort of their rooms.
